• Once you get confirmation from Travel Center, your tickets have been reserved. At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get on the bus
• The actual pick-up time would be reconfirmed via email /WhatsApp by Travel Center. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 30-45 minutes before the actual pick-up time and also inform your hotel receptionist that you are waiting for the picking up.
